Who We Are Our team of occupational therapy practitioners and nurses offer consultative and medical services in the comfort of your home that identify and address personal environmental and medical needs for returning or remaining at home and aging in place with peace of mind and confidence. Our Programs and Services Services offered within our programs that are not covered by insurance are based on eligibility for financial assistance and according to a sliding scale and availability of resources.
