We have a "No WaterCitizen Left Behind" vision in which all Water Professionals who gain the degrees, certifications and experience necessary to work in Water-Related Professions and Organizations have the opportunity to do so, free from discrimination on the basis of gender, race, or age, or other factors not relevant to their ability to contribute to managing and protecting water supplies and resources and solving water challenges. Since 2012, we have been a Woman-Founded, Woman-Led organization.
