Momentum Health is an innovative non-profit startup that focuses on cultivating technology resources that breaks barriers in healthcare for queer youth of color. Our all inclusive programming, develops young leaders to being the momentum for change. Currently, we support 3 Community-focused programs targeting socially-isolated Same-Gender-Loving Youth living in the South[including Washington, DC]. Over 75% of our client [youth] population have identified as homeless, or unstable housing. Over 90% of our Client Population is HIV-positive. Our community based programming was developed by Youth for Youth.
