Lost & Found Horse Rescue Lost and Found Donkey Rescue Located on Ithaca Farm in Germantown Maryland Lost and Found Donkey Rescue Foundation Inc. is a registered Maryland charitable organization dedicated to rescuing equines and other animalsfrom neglect abuse and slaughter. Through the program these animals are cared for rehabilitated retrained and placed in new homes. Founded by Mary and Robert Truland in 1999 and directed by Ashley Youngat any given time the rescue is home to between 920 donkeys 25 horses 10 goats 1 sheep 2 cows and 12 mules.
