TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR PERPETUAL CARE OF A TAX EXEMPT CEMETERY IN SPRINGFIELD, OHIO, AND TO INVEST ANY SURPLUS FUNDS TO OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE CEMETERY.
