Chronic Illness Grit and Graces mission is to bring empathy, community and a sense of belonging to women who live with Chronic or Invisible Illness. You are not alone! Through our Facebook group, we provide a welcoming virtual community and host weekly meet ups to break the wall of loneliness. We also deliver “happy grams” to women who need a “pick me up”. If someone gets sick or life gets so overwhelming, we can send a meal or groceries. Our goal is to have an ongoing fund to bless others with.
