Jax Memorial Fund Jax Memorial Fund The mission for Jax Memorial Autism Scholarship is to assist families withresources andor funding for their child or family member diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We want to provide whatever resources we can in Jaxs memory every year. How the Fund Started Jax lost his life in March of 2021. In the face of our tragedy and looking for a way to shinea light to keep his sweet memory alive we Jaxs former behavior therapist JackieLaMaida and Mileena Cook grandmothers Karen Ponomarenko and Janice Cherni hismother Samantha Cherni and lastly his aunt Angela Ponomarenko united together tocreate this fund.
