Highland Park Based Time to Dance is dedicated to enriching the health and quality of life for adults over 50 through dance education, research, and performance. Our vision is a community that conquers ageism by encouraging and supporting its senior citizens in their artistic endeavors. Its citizens and government will also understand the value of the arts in promoting healthy lives. It is a community that embraces dance alone, and in collaboration with other local arts organizations, to bridge generations and cultures.
