Meet Blu, the golden-hearted therapy dog with a mission to honor our nation's heroes. Recently, Blu and his amazing handler Roger, took part in a heartfelt ceremony recognizing veterans for their service and sacrifice. Wrapped in Quilts of Valor and surrounded by gratitude, these brave men and women were greeted with love, respect—and a few gentle nuzzles—from Blu. With his calm presence and unwavering loyalty, Blu brought comfort and joy to veterans, reminding everyone that appreciation comes in many forms, including a wagging tail and a kind soul. Whether he's offering quiet companionship or warm affection, Blu’s presence is a powerful tribute to those who’ve given so much. Thank you to Blu and all the therapy dogs who help heal hearts and honor our heroes. (fb)

Mark your calendars now for our first kids TIPTUG challenge during Eagle Fun Days. Come meet some of the team and donate to let your kids pull a real fire hose. See you Friday, June 27th at 5 p.m. (fb)
