Turpin Cares: Food and comfort items to the homeless in Chicago Turpin Cares Turpin Cares is a philanthropic 501c3 nonprofit organization sponsored in small part byTurpin Communicationand in large part by our generous donors. We distribute food hygiene products and relief items to people in need on Chicagos south side. Recipients include individuals shelters and other organizations doing good in the neighborhoods in which we live and work.
