The Rainbow Room provides for the immediate and urgent needs of Rockwall County children who have been abused or neglected. When children must be removed from their homes for their safety they often depart with only the clothes on their backs. Caregivers faced with the unexpected demands of a child in crisis may find it challenging to fulfill those needs.
