WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO Established December 30th 2020 in honor of Theresa Jeanette Winkler who passed away suddenly at the young age of 57 on February 12th 2020. Theresa had been diagnosed with juvenile diabetes in her 20s and continued to battle the disease throughout the remainder of her life.
