WANF is a 501(c)(3) Veteran Non-profit operating in the Permian Basin with a mission of Togetherness, Camaraderie, and Veteran Suicide Prevention Providing Veterans an outlet for togetherness and camaraderie. Our mission will be accomplished by providing a relaxing, low-stress environment, via local get-togethers and weekend getaways for Veterans. These events will be in a safe environment and with like-minded individuals. Furthermore, there will be the opportunity to connect with other Veterans for encouragement and camaraderie, in addition to solidifying future support and friendships, with the hopes of preventing Veteran suicide. Not all have seen combat, but all answered the call to serve, and pledged an oath to protect and defend. Now its our turn, Veteran to Veteran, providing an outlet to help decompress from that obligation. Our primary focus at this time is on the somewhat forgotten female Veterans.
