CAFE Food Rescue Climate Action Food Equity Starts With Us We transform food surplus into equitable health and a thriving planet. With grassroots collaboration we forge a path towards more efficient food resource management enhance access to wholesome food choices and divert surplus away from landfills to ensure it gets into the hands of those in need. Currently we can only reclaim about 15 of surplus food in Summit County. We strive to get 50 within 5 years.
