(THE ORGANIZATION) WAS FORMED BY RESIDENTS OF SCITUATE, MA AND COHASSET, MA TO PROTECT BASSING BEACH, BRIGGS HARBOR AND COHASSET HARBOR AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES THERE. THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO PROTECT THE ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL BALANCE OF THE BEACH AND HARBOR AREA.
