Hospice El Paso provides comfort, care, hope and choice to patients at the end of life’s journey while guiding their loved ones through the grieving process. Hospice El Paso (HOEP) is the only not-for-profit hospice and the largest safety-net provider of hospice care within our El Paso community. Our organization is committed to providing care for patients who medically qualify for hospice and are no longer seeking aggressive treatment for a terminal illness, regardless of their ability to pay. We are the only pediatric hospice provider in the community.
