Nashville’s Housing Matters summit brought together regional leaders, policymakers, housing advocates, and industry experts to tackle our city’s urgent need for 90,000 new homes over the next decade. Attendees heard Metro’s housing priorities, dug into the latest data on affordability, and learned how state policy and local funding tools can accelerate progress. 🏠 Panel conversations focused on preserving existing affordable units and scaling new developments, sparking practical ideas inspired by lessons from Charlotte’s Leadership Study Mission. A keynote discussion with DreamKey Partners showcased on-the-ground success stories, while business and philanthropy leaders defined the shared charge for keeping Nashville inclusive. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success and to the speakers who helped plant seeds for our city’s housing future. (fb)
