The purposes for which the Corporation is organized and to be operated are exclusively religious, charitable, scientific, and/or educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and future corresponding revenue laws of the United States (the "Code"). In accomplishment of such purposes, the Corporation will perform such other functions as may be necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purposes of the Corporation.

WHO WE ARE A Lighted Path is a Houstonbased nonprofit incubator supporting local communities and leaders to create initiatives designed to empower underserved youth. With support from our local partner organizations we seek to make a lasting positive impact for the benefit of Houston39s children and teens. There are currently three initiatives under A Lighted Path Adults in Training Loving Lamar and Strong Start.
