BOI filing requirements for US companies and persons removed new deadlines set for foreign companies The government significantly narrowed the scope of beneficial ownership information BOI filing requirements to foreign entities only through an interim final rule. Thus through this interim final rule all entities created in the United States including those previously known as domestic reporting companies and their beneficial owners will be exempt from the requirement to report BOI to FinCEN.
