We Drive Positive Change Prosperity In Urban Areas Since 2014 Lomax Urban Outreach has been driving positive change by investing in solutions to address SDoH Social Determinants of Health through nutrition education health assessments youth development veteran support violence prevention community revitalization and workforce development. Our programs and awareness campaigns help youth and young adults live longer more productive lives. Educating Empowering Through Urban Outreach At Lomax Urban Outreach our mission is to create comprehensive solutions that address historical disparities to foster thriving more resilient communities. From mentorship and coaching to specific programming like diabetes awareness and prevention we teach residents in Chicago and Atlanta how to take charge of their health and their life.
