A non-profit organization mentoring at-risk youth in the areas of education and athletics. The mission of the Manchester Police Activities League, Inc., (PAL), is to provide wholesome activities to at-risk youth with the goal of assisting their development as productive members of society. The PAL programs also promote positive relationships between children and their parents, police officers, teachers, and their peers.
