Let's Walk Let39s Walk is a FREE program founded by a Physical Therapist that connects clients with volunteers to provide an opportunity for activity and social interaction with a walking companion. Our walking program is currently available in Charleston Dorchester and Berkeley counties. It is our goal to connect clients and volunteers to enjoy time together walking outside.
