Restoration Advocates
Restoration Place provides emergency housing for women and children in crisis due to domestic abuse. WHO WE ARE Restoration Advocates, Inc., is a non-profit corporation that exists to provide the care and support necessary for women, and their dependent children, who are victims of domestic violence and other dangers that place them at risk of harm. We provide shelter in Restoration Place - the only such shelter in Erath County - where women and children are able to restore their lives to a place of health and happiness. They are able to live there for up to six months as they work to rebuild their lives. Since our residents need more than just housing, we provide things such as childcare and transportation when needed. We also have volunteers who work with the women through mentoring relationships in the areas of personal development, parenting, finance, and plans for their future.

We’re excited to share some good news from Restoration Place. In recent months, several women have completed their time in our program and moved forward into new chapters of their lives. · Five women have moved into homes of their own, are now independent, and are providing for their families.
