More What we do Serving the community with the police department The Naperville Police Chaplain Association NPCA exists to help our community in times of need to mend the broken and provide support for our officers. The nonprofit NPCA provides spiritual guidance and counseling to members of the community in partnership with the department. For example chaplains may be called upon to assist officers in death notifications accidents with serious injuries and persons in need.
