Founded in 2005, Oak View Renewal Partnership (OVRP) is a community-based organization focused on the renewal and empowerment of low-income neighborhoods, utilizing the Oak View community in Huntington Beach, CA as its prototype for systemic change. OVRP has evolved into CIELO - Community for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Opportunities. CIELO takes a person-centric approach to instill the entrepreneurial mindset. This helps clients realize their entrepreneurial dreams, assists job seekers to find careers, and creates economics stability and self sufficiency. We are working to improve the condition of the working poor of Orange County.
