Our COVID19 response acknowledges injustices deeprooted in structural racism and exacerbated by the pandemics disproportionate health and economic impact on immigrant communities. We acknowledge that immigrant communities are deterred from seeking financial aid because of language barriers fear of immigration enforcement and other obstacles that deter or prevent them from receiving assistance.
