El Paso County Fair Association Our Mission Statement Provide a county fair for the youth of El Paso and surrounding areas participating in 4H FFA and other civic youth organizations. The county fair should bring the youth of this area together to enhance their abilities skills promote selfesteem competitiveness honesty responsibility while providing a venue for scholarships and education A Word From Our President I want to welcome you to the 2024 edition of the El Paso County Fair. 2024 is a milestone year this will be the 70th El Paso County Fair and we look forward to celebrating it with you. We are proud of what we have accomplished in the past 70 years and all of the youth who have benefitted from these accomplishments.
