WE ASSIST THE PEOPLE WE SERVE THROUGH A CONTINUUM OF SERVICE THAT FOSTERS COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE. OUR ORGANIZATION ALSO ENCOURAGES THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF PERSONNEL FOR WORK IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED AND ENCOURAGES THE FORMATION OF PARENT GROUPS OF THE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED.

We’re thrilled to extend a big congratulations to Bella for earning second place in a creative arts contest for local schoolchildren, hosted by Cattaraugus County Family Voice Advocacy. The contest, held during Mental Health Awareness Month, centered around the theme “It’s OK to not be OK. ” Bella, who explores a variety of artistic mediums, created a powerful color-pencil drawing using a fish-eye perspective.
