Rusty039s Bicycle Recycle Rustys Bicycle Recycle Giving the Homeless a Lift One Bike at a Time Our MISSION Rustys Bicycle Recycle is a 100 volunteer organization no employees. We repair donated bicycles and deliver them to partner charities who serve the unhoused including homeless veterans and foster children. Many of our volunteers have been associated with the organization sinceits inception. Our charity relies on Public Support and donations to repair and deliver donated bicycles.
