Curbing Hunger Because Hunger Doesn039t Take a Vacation Hunger Doesnt Take a Vacation For nearly thirty years we have been helping people donate food during the summer months for the Food Bank Network of Somerset County. Thanks to you in these years weve provided over 2 million pounds of food for hungry people in our local communities. If youre a resident of Somerset County NJ you should receive a plastic bag on your recycling cans in MayJune. You can fill that bag with nonperishable food and leave it out with your recycling.
