AwAction Network was created for one main purpose: empower youths and women in USA from West African descent ameliorate their behavioral, economic, and social outcomes. This is implemented with educational, informational, and social programs that enable them to make informed behavioral, educational, and career path decisions. We raise awareness and provide solutions to some of the issues immigrants and their children face in USA, such as educational and career path guidance, and cultural adaptation. Programs' outcomes have positive influences on youths, parents/guardians, and the community.

She expressed her frustration with an unhealthy work environment and uncertainty about finding a fulfilling career path Curious about the widespread sense of despair and demotivation in my community I gathered a team of volunteers to survey parents and high school students. We aimed to gauge their hopes for the future and assess parents39 ability to guide their children to choose the best educational and career path. The results were eyeopening.
