Women's Therapy Center, Inc.
The Women's Therapy Center is a non-profit organization founded in 1979 to offer affordable therapy to the San Francisco Bay Area community. The Women's Therapy Center has two overlapping missions:(1) to strengthen families and communities through affordable therapy for multi-cultural and sexually diverse women, adolescent girls (14-18 years) and couples, and(2) to provide comprehensive training in relational psychotherapy, which encourages viewing people within their social context and affords clients an experience of respect, acceptance and empathy. Length of treatment is determined by client and therapist without regard to any institutionally imposed time limits.
