Petrovas Promise provides financial assistance assumption and delivery of medical equipment emotional support and individualized personal attention to these children both living in orphanages and in our foster homes. With the ceasing of foreign adoptions in Russia Petrova39s Promise is now additionally focusing on building and supporting foster families so that these children can grow up in loving families. When my husband John and I were in Russia adopting our daughter Camie I fell in love with the people and especially the children of Russia.
