Friends of the Boston Schoolyards Who We Are What We Do Our mission is to advocate for and support outdoor teaching and learning for all Boston Public School students as an integral part of the curriculum and to support the development and maintenance of schoolyards as vital public spaces throughout the City of Boston. The Friends of the Boston Schoolyards strives to make outdoor teaching learning and growing part of the daily routine for the citys children as well as for other residentsparents teachers school administrators community members and everyone in between. Our partners have a wealth of resources that can be used at schoolwith or without outdoor classroomsand at home. We hope you will join us as we embrace nature as a place to learn and grow.
