Rockwood Leadership Institute was founded in 2000 to supports leaders to transform themselves, their communities, and the world towards equity, liberation, and sustainability for all. We do this by providing powerful and effective training to individual leaders and cohorts, thereby strengthening the organizations and movements they represent. As one of the principal providers of multi-day transformative leadership trainings across the country, Rockwood is integral to the ecosystem of social change nonprofits, the hub of a large diverse multiracial alumni network, and central to the development of leadership across social change movements.
