Individuals and families selfselect themselves to participate in a curriculum called Getting Ahead in a JustGettin39By World and create a future story for their family. It is a multiphased selfsufficiency program that supports low income individuals as they work to build resources and achieve goals towards stability. Getting Ahead has helped me to create many connections in the community and find the motivation to work harder.
