Northeast Partnership (NEP) Northeast Partnership The Northeast Partnership for Economic Development NEP is a 501c6 nonprofit corporation that was formed in the mid1990s to promote economic growth and quality of life in the Northeast San Antonio area. The Northeast Partnership works to protect and advocate the interests of its Partnership Members. What was once a rural Texas landscape dotted with small towns has now evolved into one large Northeast San Antonio community called the Metrocom. The Metrocom consists of our member cities Cibolo Converse Garden Ridge Kirby Live Oak Marion New Berlin Santa Clara Selma Schertz Universal City and Windcrest.
