The 2025 event, "Real Estate & Ethics, The Only Way to Conduct Business!" is scheduled for June 9 at the DoubleTree in Manchester from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Check-in begins at 8:30). The cost is $35. It is designed to meet the requirements of the NH Grievance and Professional Standards committees and Board of Directors. NAR released it's 2025 Housing Affordability & Supply report and it shows New Hampshire housing is unaffordable for large segments of our residents. NH households earning $100,000 a year can only afford 18.8% of current NH home listings. That percentage is down from last year when it was 20.2%.
