Provident Charter Schools Designed for Struggling Readers and Dyslexia Home Welcome to Provident Charter Schools. PCS West is the proud recipient of the PCPCSs Replication Grant. The only school of its kind in southwestern Pennsylvania Provident Charter Schools are taxpayerfunded public schools designed for educating students with languagebased learning differences such as dyslexia. The overall structure of PCS is different than traditional schools as it offers an environment tailored to supporting students who are struggling to read Just as important as the schools structure are the compassionate educators and administrators who work with the students on a daily basis.
