Providing Low-Cost living and working space for 90 members productive in the arts including visual and performance artists, providing spaces for events and workshop space for nonprofit arts organizations, Theater of Yugen and Joe Goode Performance Group, and theater space for Z-space which provides theater space for several smaller theater operations.
