PASS is dedicated to the improvement of animal welfare by providing education on animal issues for the general public, by supporting shelters and rescue groups in their efforts to place unwanted animals in caring homes, and by fundraising to support these goals and other animal welfare inititives, including addressing the need to reduce pet and feral over-population.
