Providing access to quality health care in South Texas since 1995, Community First Health Plans is a local and non-profit subsidiary of University Health System supporting the needs of our diverse community. To provide Health Care coverage to the citizens, along with the citizens participating in the state Medicaid and CHIP programs in the Bexar and surrounding seven counties.
