East County Rising Community Projects Our Mission East County Rising Community Projects is a grassroots organization energizing East Multnomah County residents to create equitable livable communities centering underrepresented marginalized people. Research Facilitate research and analysis on local issues affecting communities in East Multnomah County in partnership with labor civic groups and government. Organize Create new opportunities for neighbours to work with neighbours and together imagine and create a fair and healthy community. Advocate Build coalitions and mobilize residents to win the policy changes and resources we need to thrive.
