The Ev Effect The EV Effect Ev Effect is a nonprofit organization created to encourage the next generation of givers. Based off of Everson Guilds Guide to Being Awesome we hope to encourage others to look for opportunities to help to teach positive language be all inclusive and build confidence to allow everyone to be who they wanna be. With these guiding principles we believe we can create a culture of kindness for generations to come. Ev Effect in the schools The Ev Effect is currently partnered with Grand Ledge Public Schools via the Everson Guild Grand Ledge Middle School Comet PRIDE Spirit Award.
