Home - Special Outreach Services Special Outreach Services SOS offers free outreach programs and educational resources to support facilities and families in providing preventive oral healthcare for people with intellectual disabilities. Funding from the Special Smiles Dental Foundation enables our 501c3 nonprofit to provide caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities in Pennsylvania with toothbrushing education and related programs at no charge.
