Who We Are Hawaii International HOPE Foundation HIHF is a small group of people from around the world who believe that there is more that can be done for disadvantaged groups than simply feeling sorry for them. HOPE stands for Home of Opportunity Peace and Education. We began our work in 2001 and became a 501c3 organization shortly thereafter. All HIHF funds go directly to our projects.
