Our Impact Since our inception Blue Diamonds has served over 500 youth providing them with essential training and mentorship. We have empowered over 500 youth with essential training and mentorship conducted 20 successful mentorship cohorts and awarded 75 culinary certifications. What we do We train youth to learn and become certified in the trade of culinary arts plant and grow food be leaders and be positive citizens in their communities.
