The Georgia Coalition for Higher Education in Prison GACHEP is a nonprofit 501c3 dedicated to building pathways from incarceration to higher education. GACHEP is a coalition of people impacted by the prison system faculty and staff at Georgia Universities and other Georgians who believe all people deserve access to higher education. We are committed to expanding highquality higher education in prison in the state and supporting people in their pursuit of higher education after they leave prison.
