Granite Wellness Centers
Granite Wellness Centers (formerly Community Recovery Resources) provides a wide range of programs supporting addiction recovery and mental health. The mission of Granite Wellness Centers (GWC) is to “promote wellness and quality of life.” Since 1974, Granite Wellness has evolved and expanded to address community needs in California; we are now a nonprofit serving 4,000 clients and their families each month with comprehensive services to prevent and address substance use disorders and related behavioral health issues. We serve Placer and Nevada County with service sites in Kings Beach and Truckee, Grass Valley, Auburn, Lincoln, and Roseville.
