Celtino – Promoting education in rural Latin America Home The Celtino Foundation Since 2001 the Celtino Foundation has been committed to building schools and organizing medical brigades in impoverished Latin American communities. Most recently Celtino funded a stateoftheart STEM program for the Armando Calidonio Alvarado Institute. Who we are The Celtino Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit nondenominational organization that collaborates with American and Central American leaders and organizations to promote primary and secondary education in rural Latin America.
